We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Amuwo - Odofin, Lagos

Duties

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and coach employees
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. Etc

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Candidates must have a background in HR.

Skills:

• Effective communication
• Sound Computer knowledge ( especially Excel package)
• Had an experience as  a supervisory or similar role.
• Can withstand pressure and deliver at utmost best.
• Open to learn.
• A team player.
• Transparent and dedicated to the job, etc.
