Job Title: Packaging Technician

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

• As a Packaging Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of packaging and ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers in perfect condition.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the packaging team to assemble, package, and label products according to company standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all packaging meets our specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all packaging materials are fully stocked.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized packaging area.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
• Maintaining inventory of packaging materials such as boxes, labels, tape, shipping supplies, etc.
• Inspecting products for damage during shipping to ensure that they arrived at their destination without spoiling or being damaged
• Design and test packaging materials
• Ensure we are following all GMP and CGMP standards
• Address weaknesses or issues in the packaging process

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality control.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to assist with the manufacturing process
