Position Overview

• We are searching for a talented and forward-thinking Product Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Product Designer, you will be a key player in shaping the overall user experience and product aesthetics.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, you will contribute to creating user-centric designs that elevate our platform and enhance user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Apply a user-centered design approach to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Use design thinking methodologies to develop and refine design solutions iteratively.
• Create prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather feedback. Use insights to iterate on designs and ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals and requirements into visually compelling and functional design solutions.
• Lead the design process from concept to delivery, including ideation, wireframing, visual design, and prototyping. Ensure design consistency across different features and functionalities.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with Peddle's brand guidelines. Pay attention to detail and craftsmanship to create visually appealing and pixel-perfect designs.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points. Use research findings to inform and validate design decisions.
• Actively seek and incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies. Apply this knowledge to push the boundaries of Peddle's design standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing various design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Experience with prototyping tools and methods to bring designs to life and gather user feedback.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
