Responsibilities
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Explores ways of improving existing products and services, to increase profitability
- Identifies target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
- Prepares and manages marketing plans and budgets
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate in Marketing or any related courses, who can demonstrate good command of English.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 4 years experience in directing the operations of a Marketing/sales department in a food Production Company.
- Must have a sound knowledge of Lagos route and its environs.
- Must be able to accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, also implementing sales plan.
- Monitors and analyzing market trends
- Must be able to manage, Monitor and direct sales executives towards achieving the company sales target.
- Must be able to give Annual, Quarter or weekly sales report.
