Job Description

• Individually responsible for collating statistical information into daily, weekly and monthly formats/reports and the maintenance and enhancement of databases when required.
• Collates statistical information in predetermined formats.
• Integrates data into daily, weekly and monthly reports. 
• Builds and enhances databases when required.
• May be required to translate complex data and/or instructions into meaningful outcomes.
• Some interpretation required, but main function is collation of data.

Database Design and Maintenance:

• Some interpretation required, but main function is collation of data.

• Collates statistical information in predetermined formats.
•  Integrates data into daily, weekly and monthly reports. 

Requirements

• A First Degree or its equivalent from a recognised institution
• At least 2 years relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills (verbal and written)
• Must possess data analysis and database management skills
• Must possess Power BI and strong analytical and skills
• Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
