We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: SAP Technical / Administrative Assistant

Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Providing basic support on SAP PM Level 1 incidents with guidance from Partner SMEs
• Coordinate interactions with the TD team on functionalities and improvements being deployed on the SAP PM CMMS
• Support in scheduling and facilitating of weekly meetings for the Maintenance Centre of Excellence and the timely delivery of meeting minutes
• Assist with cross-departmental or unit engagements on Maintenance Centre of Excellence operations
• Prepare progress and confidential reports for the Maintenance Centre of Excellence operations
• Support fully the technical and administrative tasks of ongoing and new Projects
• Support inventory planning for management for the Maintenance Centre of Excellence
• Responsible for Logistics Co-ordination for Project related efforts
• Assist in the implementation of new programs, procedures, methods, and systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of a National Diploma certificate in the Sciences
• Knowledge of office management and coordination
• Awareness level of SAP ECC and/or S4 / HANA application and functions
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing workload to complete multiple tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
