We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• To provide support for all IT infrastructure hardware & applications as well as configuration, upgrades and maintenance
• To test and implement software patches for all applications, including third party applications
• To maintain comprehensive and updated documentation of all ICT systems and assets infrastructure in use by the Group
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
• Respond to and resolve help desk routine tickets

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Computer Science / Engineering
• Added advantage of Certification in Microsoft, Networking, cloud computing and security systems.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years in IT infrastructure support or IT administration.
• Deployment Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, Security systems and other automation processes.
• Good knowledge in structured LAN and WAN Networking (full knowledge in VLAN, IP-Networking, NAT, ROUTING etc.)
• Knowledge & experience in security/ELV solutions deployment like CCTV (All Digital & Analog types), Access control (All types) & Fire proofing (FM 200, Fire alarm)

Remuneration
N180,000 - N220,000 Monthly.
