Business Development Manager at Rossland Group

Rossland Group since the year 2000 provides market research and management consulting services to clients in the private and public sectors within and outside Nigeria. In 2013, it expanded the scope of its services to include Professional Background Screening and Business Brokerage. In 2015 and 2016, it added franchise consulting and recruitment services respectively.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners to foster growth and expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in the respective role in the financial industry, with a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software (Microsoft word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and an in-depth understanding of financial markets are essential.
