Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of goods to high-quality standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to food hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate on recipe development and innovation.
• Maintain inventory levels and inspect equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirement: SSCE.
• Proven experience as a Baker in a commercial kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
• Creativity in developing and improving recipes.
• Proximity to Lekki is mandatory.
