Job Title: Food Runner

Job Summary

• Our client is looking for energetic and dedicated runners to join our team at our Restaurant and Lounge. As a runner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of service by assisting waitstaff and bartenders.
• Your primary responsibilities will include delivering food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to customers' tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and supporting the overall customer experience. Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with waitstaff to coordinate the timely delivery of food and beverages to customers.
• Ensure accurate and prompt food and drink orders are delivered to the correct tables.
• Assist in the setup and resetting of tables, including arranging utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor tables for empty dishes and glasses, promptly clearing and cleaning as needed.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area by quickly cleaning spills and debris.
• Collaborate with bartenders to serve drinks and deliver them to customers.
• Collaborate with waitstaff to coordinate the timely delivery of food and beverages to customers.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years as a Runner in a similar role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail
