About the Job

• The Chief Executive Officer provides leadership for all aspects of the companys operations with an emphasis on long-term goals, growth, profit, and return on investment.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Setting and Executing Organizational Strategy
• Building the Senior Leadership Team
• Making Capital Allocation Decisions
• Setting Vision, Values, and Corporate Culture
• Overseeing marketing strategies
• Financial Reviews
• Customer service structure and systems.

Education and Experience

• Education may vary; an advanced Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Law is preferred, but not required.
• Extensive professional experience in leadership roles.
• Currently own a business or have run a business before.

Requirements Required Skills / Abilities:

• Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area.
• Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
• Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations.
