Job Title: Head of Operations (Travel and Tourism)
Location: Ile-Ife, Osun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Communicate the customer service objective to Managers and Artists
- Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues
- Provide ongoing management of travel agencies
- Develop and lead communication and change management plans for travel
- Liaise with global and regional directors and local business units to understand their existing and emerging travel requirements and develop solutions for those needs.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree with 1-2 years experience.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
