Requirements
- Applicant must possess a Ph.D. in a relevant area of German Studies: Language, Translation (German), cultural studies.
- He/She must have at least five (5) years of teaching, research, community service and professional experience in a university or any other tertiary research oriented institution.
- He/She must have a record of substantial publications with distinctive academic quality, originality and contribution to knowledge in a focused area of research and in reputable local and international journals.
- He/She must able to teach courses as well as supervise students projects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- He/She must be registered with a professional body where applicable. This is compulsory.
