Job Title: Lecturer II (Faculty of Environmental Design & Management - Department of Quantity Surveying)

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Requirements

• A good honours Degree and a Master Degree in the appropriate field from a recognized University.
• Candidates must have registered for a Ph.D. Degree Programme.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years post MNIQS and be financially up to date both at state and national levels.
• Registered Member of QSRBN with current practice license.
• Knowledge of computer programming and modelling for Quantity Surveying system.
• Ability for research and practical competence in the area of specialization will be an added advantage.
• Work experience in a Quantity Surveying related organization is also an added advantage.
• Possession of Scholarly publication is mandatory.
• Ability to teach in the specialized discipline and any other field(s) of Quantity Surveying.
• The successful candidate should be able to contribute significantly to the smooth running of the Department.

Salary Scale
CONUASS 3.
