Job Description
- Ensuring compliance to company rules and regulations by all staff and reporting any deviation.
- Daily updates and report of production materials usage and sales.
- Carry out daily cash count and report any deviation or variances.
- Daily check and signing off of bin cards
- Sign off accountant cash book daily
- Monitor and approve all payment and request from petty cash spending
- Daily check of account and report sending.
- Carry out impromptu cash count on petty and cash float periodically.
- Daily physical verification of production and sales closing stock at the close of business.
- Review reimbursement prepared by the outlet accountant and sign off.
