Job Description
- Communicate trends/pricing and other unique issues related to sales
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other sale department.
- Review daily weekly and monthly outlet sales reports.
- Train new employees in compliance with the company policies.
- Prepare and submit performance reports
- Meet all outlet sales quotas and goals.
- Supervise sales representatives and assistants.
- Develop daily/weekly call list and maintain information accuracy monthly.
- Coordinate sales with food service producers to ensure demands are met to customers satisfaction.
- Pass informations from from upper management to employees and vice versa.
