Job Title: Personal Assistant to Doctor
Location: Oniru, Lagos

Description
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Reminding Doctor of important tasks and deadlines.
- Provide administrative support to doctor
- Schedule and confirm patient appointment
- Maintain patient records and medical files
- Provide information to patients about their appointments, tests and treatments.
- Liaising with Nurse, and Patients
Requirements
- BSc / HND / OND in any related field
- Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
- 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skill
