Job Title: Personal Assistant to Doctor

Location: Oniru, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Reminding Doctor of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support to doctor
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointment
  • Maintain patient records and medical files
  • Provide information to patients about their appointments, tests and treatments.
  • Liaising with Nurse, and Patients

Requirements

  • BSc / HND / OND in any related field
  • Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skill
