We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Ticketing and Reservation Officer

Location: Oregun, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Handle ticketing activities
• Sell and promote our reservation service.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Process hotel and flight reservations
• Manage the admin operations of the office

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of HND / Bachelor's Degree from reputable institution
• Proven experience in ticketing operations
• Must be able to work independently and with a team
• The ideal candidate must be a self-starter.
• The candidate must be certified in reservation management. Certification in IATA is an added advantage.
• Must be proficient in the use of Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus
• Must have good knowledge of Admin operations
• Microsoft office proficiency especially Excel
• Candidate must be residing around Oregun, Ikeja axis.

Remuneration
N150,000 Monthly.
