Job Brief
- We are seeking to employ a Builder who will be responsible for the interior finishing of residential and commercial buildings according to specifications and blueprints.
Description
- Interpret and study construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Perform various construction tasks with eyes for details.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and time constraints.
- Monitor project progress, identify any potential issue, and recommend solutions to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal building regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND / B.Sc in Building or Construction Management.
- Certification as a Builder will be an added advantage
- Minimum of (5) years experience as a Builder.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Excellent Time management skills
- A good understanding of HSE duties
- On-site construction planning and management
- Solid organizational skills including attention to details.
