Job Title: Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

  • Our client is seeking a top-performing individual who is smart, dedicated, proactive, and possesses a deep understanding of the real estate industry locally and internationally.
  • Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales and marketing targets through innovative strategies and superior market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales performance and targets.
  • Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions.
  • Research, identify, cultivate, and prioritize new business opportunities and solutions through a careful application of segmentation, targeting and positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and account management.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns and materials to promote premium products.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze sales and marketing performance against goals.

KPIs

  • On-the-go probation with a minimum of 5-10 slots sold monthly
  • Increase in lead generation and conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Social Science).
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the international real estate market and industry trends.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
  • Networking and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and work independently.
  • Great time management and numerical skills.
