Job Description
We are recruiting Professors in the following departments:
- Agricultural Economics & Extension Services
- Agronomy
- Fisheries and Aquaculture
- Animal Production and Husbandry
- Forestry and Wildlife Management
Requirements
- Either evidence of prior promotion to the rank of a full Professor from a recognised University or Candidates should possess a PhD Degree in the appropriate discipline applied for, with at least ten (10) years teaching and research experience in a University, with at least two (2) years as a Reader/Associate Professor.
- Candidates must possess scholarly publications in both local and international journals as proof of specialisation in core areas of departmental fields of study.
- Candidates must also have sufficient administrative experience.
Salary and Allowances
- Salary and allowances are as obtainable in Nigerian compensation structure for Universities plus 10-25% Hensard University premium (Countryside Allowance).
