Job Title: Managing Director / CEO

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the business.
• Oversee the company’s financial performance, regulatory relationships, and other growth and partnership opportunities in Nigeria.
• Manage and grow our Nigeria team including finance, legal, sales, customer service, and operations.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Develop and grow partnerships with telecommunications operators, technology companies, banks, merchants, and other organizations required to deliver the company’s services in Nigeria.
• Understand the competitive landscape for the company and partners alike.
• Partner with the company’s global executive team to develop and execute the company’s business strategy in Nigeria.
• Be a brand ambassador and expert networker at conferences and industry events.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

Experience:

• Proven track record of at least 5 years in executive leadership roles within the fintech + neo bank industry & and significant experience at the C-suite level.
• Not older than 40 years.

Industry Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Leadership Skills:

• Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Strategic Vision:

• Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute successful business strategies.
• Visionary thinking with the ability to anticipate and capitalize on market trends.

Financial Acumen:

• Strong financial management skills with a proven ability to drive financial performance.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Integrity and Ethics:

• Unwavering commitment to ethical conduct and corporate governance.

Salary
N70,000,000 - N90,000,000 annually plus other benefits.
