Position Overview

• We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as a Bartender/Mixologist.
• The ideal candidate will bring creativity, passion, and expertise to the bar, creating memorable experiences for our guests through expertly crafted cocktails and top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages
• Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service
• Demonstrate proficiency in mixology techniques and a strong knowledge of drink recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth bar operations
• Stay updated on current beverage trends and suggest new creations to enhance the menu
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender/mixologist in a reputable establishment
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• TIPS or equivalent certification is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional beverages
