Overview

• We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Assistant/Steward.
• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, supporting the chefs, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly
• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen area
• Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with established guidelines
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as required
• Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
