Job Description
- Development and implementation of e-marketing strategy
- Overseeing of all digital platforms
- Develop & implement a model to monetise our website content more effectively
- Identify opportunities for conversation across all digital platforms, management relationships with affiliate partners
- Developing campaigns to drive traffic to online platforms and to drive conversation on those
- Develop and implement a CRM strategy across the business that looks at how to segment our current databases and how to create tailored content
- Managing the relationship with our digital agency and partner
- Working with Commercial Executive to align online platforms to overall commercial strategy
Candidate Qualifications
- Qualification Level: 5 - 8 years Experience
- Marketing degree or equivalent qualification with strong e-Marketing course component
- At least 3-5 years related work experience with at least 5 years digital marketing experience
- Proven management of social media platforms and campaigns essential
- Experience in eCommerce and monetisation of digital platforms is essential Candidate Skills
- Advanced computer literacy (working knowledge of HTML, Java or any website coding will be advantageous)
- Knowledge of web analytics is a prerequisite
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to interface in positive manner with staff, members of the industry, clients and stakeholders
- Ability to manage a team to deliver results
- Time management and the ability to meet deadlines - essential
- Ability to handle multiple task simultaneously and establish personal and team priorities
- Ability to attend events and other off site functions after hours
- Ability to fluently speak and write at English
- Valid driver's licence
