Description 

• Our client is in need of a meticulous and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist. You will be responsible for managing and organizing the company’s documents and records, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with established procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that documents are appropriately categorized, labelled, and stored for easy retrieval.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that the latest versions of documents are readily available to authorized personnel.
• Offer guidance on proper document handling, storage, and retrieval to ensure consistency across the organization.
• Ensure that all document control activities comply with the industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their document control needs.
• Manage the company's Electronic Document Management System, including troubleshooting issues, providing user support, and optimizing system efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Documents Control Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of document control principles, including version control and records management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organization.
• Familiarity with Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).

Salary
N250,000 / month.
