We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: International Recruiter

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Description 

• Our client is a recruitment and outsourcing firm with headquarters in Nigeria and a branch in Canada, We are looking for an International Recruiter to help us recruit top talent across the globe.
• Your main responsibilities will include evaluating potential talents, building networks, and conducting interviews and forwarding qualified applicants to the Hiring Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates
• Sourcing for prospects / Clients.
• Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications
• Conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 0 - 2 years work experience.
• Freshers or someone with little experience in recruitment.
• Someone who is interested in freelancing.
• Fluency in other languages is a huge plus
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
