- Our client urgently requires the services of Sales Executives to beef up its Sales team. Candidates who have knowledge of the Sales of Construction Chemicals will have an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality sales leads via visits, cold calls, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, complete sales process, and arrange deliveries.
- Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our company's products to customers.
- Set and achieve sales goals and quotas.
- Identify competitive market trends and communicate to the supervisor
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in sales and the technology field.
- Must have passion for sales and meeting given targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and teamwork skills
Key Focus:
- 6-10 years relevant experience managing a retail team
- Thorough understanding of route-to-market sales approach
- Channel trade, activation and market expansion
- Generate distributors, retain and manage growth
- Excellent managerial capacity
- Deep knowledge of retail in FMCG industry

Remuneration
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
