Job Description

• HND / B.Sc in Office Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
• Must have worked in a School of good repute in an adminisrtative capacity.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent records management skills.
• Proven records of Procurement skills
• Excellent Event Planning Skills
• Proven track records of vendor and project management
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing facility-related challenges.
• Must be polite and have a friendly disposition.
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Solid knowledge of office procedures
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under-pressure.
• Proximity to the job location is Key.
