Job Title: Front Desk / Admin Assistant
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Major Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the reception area.
- Handle general inquiries and provide information to visitors and staff.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Proximity to job location is important.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Front Desk Officer or Admin Assistant
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and equipments.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
