Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic Sales-Led Content and Marketing Manager to drive our content strategy and marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on generating leads and enhancing the sales funnel. Additionally, this role will include responsibilities for Community and Channel Outreach to strengthen our brand presence. This position is pivotal in shaping our brand narrative, maximizing revenue, and fostering a vibrant community.
Responsibilities
Sales-Driven Content Strategy:
- Develop a content strategy aligned with the sales goals, emphasizing lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand target audiences and create content that resonates with potential clients.
Community and Channels Outreach:
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers, communities, and channels.
- Engage with relevant online and offline communities to increase brand visibility and establish partnerships
Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality, engaging content across various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Develop compelling sales decks and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
SEO and SEM Optimization:
- Implement SEO strategies to optimize content for search engines, increasing organic traffic and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
Lead Generation Campaigns:
- Design and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Develop and maintain lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales Funnel.
Community and Channel Outreach:
- Provide sales teams with relevant and effective tools, resources, and training materials.
- Collaborate with sales to understand client pain points and incorporate feedback into content creation.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform content and marketing strategies.
- Use market insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
- Proven experience in content marketing, with a focus on sales-driven strategies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create persuasive and impactful content.
- Proficient in SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Experience with lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process.
