Responsibilities
- Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed
- Developing recipes and menu
- Staying current on developing trends in the restaurant industry
- Maintaining consistency in food quality and taste
- Identifying and introducing new culinary techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience of working in a standard hotel or restaurant
- Advanced culinary skills
- Exceptional leadership skills, including motivation and goal-setting
- Time management and organizational skills.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
