Job Title: KYC / SIM Swap Compliance Officer
Location: Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Checking the quality ofall KYC registrations daily for NCC KYC Compliance and data generation and operational reporting on the daily report requirements for Customer Experience
- Provide daily/weekly/ monthly reports based on the data analysis.
- Tracking of fraudulent registration kits
- Reduce the poor data quality of KYC registrations received from the field to impose stiff penalties on agents found to be making fraudulent and poor-quality registrations.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree
- 0 - 2 years work experience.
- Not more than 30 years of age
- Relevant experience in the Call Center is an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail
- Fast Learner and Flexible
- Candidate must have Completed NYSC.
- Candidate must reside around Opebi Ikeja or its environs
- Computer Literate
Salary
N52,000 - N57,000 monthly.
