Descriptions
- The successful candidate will be responsible for raising finance and providing financial management advice/support to the company in order to make sound business decisions.
- He/She will manage budgetary planning for both the short and long term projects, and inform the organisation on the financial implications of any decision before proceeding.
- In addition, care must be taken to ensure that financial practices are in line with all statutory legislation and regulations.
- Potential candidate must be confident, self-motivated and result-orientated individuals who can provide executive management leadership to ensure that all set targets for the company are met and surpassed.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Minimum of 7 years cognate experience in finance and account management with a reputable organisation, preferably in the service industry or other industries of the financial sector
- A Degree in Finance or Accounting and MBA
- Additional applicable qualification including ICAN added advantage
- He/She will be responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting
