Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers when they enter the store.
• Assisting customers throughout the buying process.
• Helping customers find specific products.
• Ringing up customer purchases on the POS register.
• Staying knowledgeable about the range of products.
• Explaining to customers the best products for their needs.
• Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience.
• Accepting and processing orders, operating the POS register, and resolving returns issues.
• Promoting special sales, offers, and awareness of the store loyalty program.

Requirements
Candidates should posses:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate and hardworking
• Able to apply imitative with limited supervision
• Excited about joining a vibrant and progressive team
• Willing and excited about learning new things
• Ability to create and follow up with sales leads.
