Descriptions
- The successful candidate will be a member of the executive management team supervising facility managers and playing a leading role in acquiring sites and co-ordinating the efforts of team members as well as third party contractors or consultants in ensuring clients are served consistently.
- Must be able to drive revenue along staff efficiency and productivity.
- Potential candidate must be confident, self-motivated and result-orientated individuals who can provide executive management leadership to ensure that all set targets for the company are met and surpassed.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- At least 10 years hands on experience in facility management with 5 years in a senior management role.
- A Degree or Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Estate Management. MBA will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in people management and strategic planning
- Excellent organizational skills including hands on ability to manage multiple tasks and engineering teams for facility management.
- Working knowledge of the entire real estate value chain.
