Job Title: Operations Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation in the following areas; Plumbing, Electrical systems, Carpentry, Aluminium, Air conditioning, Refrigeration, Generator, and Painting.
- Carry out inspections offacilities and call rooms to identify and resolve issues.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
- Monitor equipment inventory and raise orders when necessary.
- Asset Management- Asset tagging and monitoring.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Fuel Requisition, purchase and allocation.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and equipment
- Ensure facilities conform to regulatory standards
- First aider and Emergency responder
- Ensure effective waste disposal.
Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 / month.
