Description
- The successful candidate will work closely with the management to understand corporate requirements related to security and regulatory compliance, and to map out those requirements to current security task.
- Oversee the continuous monitoring and protection of the Estate, personnel and information systems.
- He/She will be expected to conduct thorough investigations on incidents regarding security and safety breaches
- Potential candidate must be confident, self-motivated and result-orientated individuals who can provide executive management leadership to ensure that all set targets for the company are met and surpassed.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Minimum of 8 years cognate experience in security management of a well-structured organisation out of which 3 years must be in a supervisory role.
- A Graduate in any of the Art or Social Science related fields.
- Must have analytical and intelligence gathering skills and manage relationships with various occupants.
- Ability to maintain cordial relationship and effective communication with external agencies including police, fire authorities, local community and other related services.
