Job Title: Estate Facility Manager

Location: Enugu-Port Harcourt Express Way - Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of facility management for an estate.
• Managing the maintenance, operation, and security of the estate's physical infrastructure, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the estate's functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years proven experience in Facility Management, preferably in overseeing large estates or properties.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using facility management software and tools.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to managing facilities.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional emergencies or unforeseen situations.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
