Descriptions
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice to the company and property related matters.
- Assist in the review of new property contracts and service level agreements or changes to existing contracts with external service providers.
- He/She will also serve as a legal resource on property and administrative services and projects when the need arises.
- Potential candidate must be confident, self-motivated and result-orientated individuals who can provide executive management leadership to ensure that all set targets for the company are met and surpassed.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Minimum of 6 years cognate experience in legal practise and administration with a reputable organisation, preferably in the service industry or other industries of the financial sector
- An LL.B Degree and BL in Law
- Must possess litigation/solicitors experience
- Additional applicable qualification including ICSAN added advantage
- He/She will be responsible for interpreting the implication of all regulatory and internal policy issues for the appropriate departments to ensure compliance.
