- The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and distribution of marketing materials to target markets.
- Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets.
- Potential candidate must be confident, self-motivated and result-orientated individuals who can provide executive management leadership to ensure that all set targets for the company are met and surpassed.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 5 years' experience in sales and marketing role in a Real Estate firm, or equivalent time hands-on leading marketing functions on the client side
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions and to facilitate integration with other departments such as Finance
