Descriptions
- The successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchase requisitions/orders within purchasing authority and be adept in the specification and identification of technical items.
- He/She will be expected to work with stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.
- He/She will be responsible for the invitation, assessment and making recommendations for supplier tenders, bids, quotations and proposals.
- Potential candidate must be confident, self-motivated and result-orientated individuals who can provide executive management leadership to ensure that all set targets for the company are met and surpassed.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- 5 years experience in purchasing and supply in a reputable company with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in a property management environment.
- B.Sc./HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Possession of an added professional qualification is added advantage.
- Candidate must possess effective negotiation skills, veritable contacts with manufacturers of required items.
