Job Description
Our client urgently needs the services of a Chief Operating Officer to drive the Bank. The Job Description of this person includes the following:
- Ensure quality lending
- Assist in the recovery efforts of bad loans
- Ensure quality customer services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory policies
- Ensure efficient/Quality Banking operations
- Ensure an effective Internal control
- Ensure that the Bank reports profits every month
- Ensure an effective investment by the Bank
- Drive the sale of the Bank products
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7 years experience with Microfinance Banking operations and must be very conversant with the usage and application of Bank One software.
