- Lead the development and management of the company's technology, including core banking and APIs.
- Ensure a resilient digital infrastructure using scalable cloud technology.
- Drive innovation, evaluate new technologies, and enhance customer experience.
- Provide leadership in technology, automation, and policy communication.
- Strategically plan and implement technology investments to meet company goals.
Relevant Qualifications
- B. Eng. / B. Sc, MSc / MBA in Computer-related fields, project management certifications, and MCP.
Ideal Candidate should have:
- Extensive experience leading banking technology solutions and system integration.
- Background in FINTECH or digital Microfinance as a CTO/CIO or in top levels of a commercial bank's tech department.
- Digital business leader with strong end-user focus and cybersecurity expertise.
- Proficient in managing IT infrastructure, networks, and end-user computing.
