Job Title: Estate Officer I

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Description

• To drive social media campaigns
• To be familiar with all properties in the management portfolio
• To carry out inspections and engage clients for conversion (conclusion)
• To handle management properties
• To source properties for requests and efficiently market company briefs for the conclusion
• To efficiently assist the Head of Practice on delegated functions

Requirements

• A fresh graduate preferably in Estate Management or Building Technology with at least 3 years experience.
• Must be passionate and energetic
• Must be able to communicate properly in English.
• Must be able to write properly in English
• Must be able to use the computer and social media tools.
• The ability to drive is an added advantage.

Remuneration
Pay is industry-competitive, with performance-based commissions and health insurance packages after confirmation.
