UHR Consult is a HR advisory and talent acquisition firm with expert consultants and headhunters who are fully into the business of HR Advisory, researching, headhunting and attracting the best fit for her clients. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual, aged 25 to 35, preferably female, based in Abuja with a minimum of 5 years in sales. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Abuja, possess a valid driving license, and demonstrate excellent negotiation skills.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Description

• Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual, aged 25 to 35, preferably female, based in Abuja with a minimum of 5 years in sales. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Abuja, possess a valid driving license, and demonstrate excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure training courses from both public and private sector companies across Abuja.
• Utilize computer skills for effective communication and organization.
• Independently drive business development and client acquisition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and familiarity with Abuja.
• Proficiency in English with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Training:

• Comprehensive training will be provided to enhance skills and industry knowledge.

Remuneration:

• N100,000 per month.
• 10% commission on every successfully on-boarded client.
