Role Summary

Job Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Sales Representatives across multiple regions.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
Performance Management:
- Monitor individual and team performance against targets and KPIs.
- Implement performance improvement plans and recognition programs as needed.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between teams.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the sales team.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Over 5 years of Sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
- Exceptional customer service skills
