Role Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives, driving performance, and ensuring the achievement of set sales targets.
  • This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management.

Job Responsibilities
Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Sales Representatives across multiple regions.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with overall business goals.

Performance Management:

  • Monitor individual and team performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Implement performance improvement plans and recognition programs as needed.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between teams.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the sales team.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Over 5 years of Sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Fast learner with a strong passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making
  • Familiarity with the Sales software.

Salary
N500,000 Monthly.
