About the Job

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team, as a leading player.
  • As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep interest in the energy industry, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy sector.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, networking, and targeted prospecting.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and propose tailored energy solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and support to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the leadership team on market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the energy or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of energy solutions and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • The desired candidate should live within Lekki and its environs.
