Job Title: Store Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- Manage stock requisitions and stock issuance to user departments/units.
- Stock control-ensure counting, stocking in, stock takes, change processing, backorder management are performed by staff accurately
- Check and confirm that stock delivered are of the approved quality
- Forecasting and planning for increase in the operations.
- Daily maintenance of bin cards for all requisition forms, LPO, invoice payment receipts and approval memos.
- Monthly reconciliation of the physical stock balance or bin card balance with ledger balances.
- Determine reorder levels for Inventory in the store.
- Keep proper records, maintain and track all store items.
- Other duties as assigned by the Head of Administration.
