We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Laundry Man

Location: Snake Island, Amuwo-Odofin, Apapa - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• The ideal candidates take pride in providing the highest level of service, with the aim of creating unforgettable experiences for guests.
• The ideal person will be very conversant with the operation of Industrial Washing Machine and other equipment used in washing and dry cleaning clothes and other items in a Hotel.

Responsibilities

• Sort laundry items according to materials and color
• Wash, dry and iron hotel linens and guests’ clothing
• Remove stains from clothes using the appropriate procedure
• Maintain cleanliness in the laundry room
• Keep an updated inventory of all laundry items
• Provide other laundry services if required.

Skills / Qualifications

• OND or relevant qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask effectively, with good attention to detail
• Self-motivated, high energy and strong time management skills
• Proven work experience as a laundry attendant
• Attention to detail for sorting fabrics
• Familiarity with cleaning and laundry equipments.

Remuneration

• N480,000 per annum.
